How long does a check-up take?

One visit. The face scan takes 30 seconds, the urine analyser about 3 minutes, and most results are ready within minutes, with the report printed at the kiosk.

Who runs the kiosk?

A trained operator, such as an ANM, GNM, pharmacist or health worker. We train operators on site in Hindi and English, with manuals and SOPs, and refresh the training every year of the warranty.

Is the AI face scan a diagnosis?

No. It gives wellness estimates from a camera. The technology is clinically validated, and on a Health ATM the medical-grade devices and a doctor confirm anything that matters.

How do people receive their reports?

Who can see my health data?

You decide. Full records open only with your OTP, doctors see them only after you share them, and data is hosted in India in line with the DPDP Act 2023.

What does HealthMatrix cost?

Essential is free. Plus costs ₹400 a month per person and adds the full AI face scan report, advanced Ekaay.AI, records maintained for you, doctor consultations and pod screenings. Family, Senior Care and Community plans are available on request.

Does the kiosk work without internet?

Yes. Tests run offline and results sync to the cloud dashboard and HealthMatrix when the connection returns.

Which Health ATM should we choose?

Start from the tests your site needs. CPL-HA-01 covers 48 tests; Arc Max covers all 170. Every model runs on the same platform, so a site can upgrade later. Ask us for the data sheets.

How fast are delivery and installation?

Delivery within 10 days of order, and installation and commissioning within 7 days of delivery, with every test demonstrated live.

Can kiosks carry our branding?

Yes. Custom colours and client branding are available on order.
